| Beautifully said! This is such a monumental election. And the day in November, when they are counting all the votes and announce the winner...EVERYBODY around the world will be glued to the t.v. And I swear...if Obama is announced as the winner and our next president...I will literally be in tears. But not tears of sadness, but of pride and joy. As a Black American it will mean so much to me to see something like that. I truly believe he is going to bring about a GREAT change to America. |

| Usually I don't care too much for politicians because the majority of them are full of shyt. But with Obama is different. I'm very good at sensing a person's character. And let me tell you...that man is so sincere, genuine, cares about the people of America, and truly wants the BEST for this country period. So he definitely has my support! |

I'm a white woman for Obama and I think I understand what you say because my inspiration is for similar reasons--he is the most admirable candidate I've seen in my lifetime (I'm 61), plus, he is African American. I am full of joy when I see the way, as you said, he gently, elegantly washes away as much of the pain as he can. Being cut off from African Americans is bad for white people too. I am grateful to Obama. The time is now! Besides, he's so cool! O-ba-ma!!! |
