Hi, I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss product. I tried it out and it actually worked really well. i dont know what my weight loss in lbs is but i lost 40 kg in 7 month's, all i want to say to people who want to lose weight is that its not something you do only with your body but with your mind to lose weight. And to you tracie, good job. You've done really well, and you had a great focus point for doing it.

well done, i must say. i would personally never be able to lose as much weight as you did. mainly because i border up to being underweight. I sure could use some exercise though. Theres a guy here in Denmark who lost 100 kg in 1 year, while doing comedy. his name is Henrik Bruhn. I admire people who makes drastic changes in their life, and i admire you.
