These are children's stories - those being the only ones trusting enough to think it happened. The New Testament's no better - the gospels can't even agree when Jesus was born! | The Bible wasn't meant to be taken literally, it's just to make you a better person and give you some morals. Anyone who takes Bible stories as pure fact is just as ignorant as anyone who completely refuses to believe. There's no way to disprove a God just as there's no way to prove one. |

| that's why i'm agnostic. it's just as bad as religious people to say that there is no god. but i hate religion, namely christianity. and how do people get morals from the bible? do they just omit those parts that are morally and lawfully wrong? because some people actually use those parts like the homosexuality bit which i think is complete bullshit to deny them human rights |

| actually there is no really eividence that supports the idea of evolution... yah see there is no fossil record in existance that evolution has existsed, thats not to say evolution doesnt exist, its to say that some parts of it exists, such as the evolution of the mind,, or the evolution of cross breeding, and so on, those evolution do exist, physical evolution though, until proven does not exist, though the idea of it being a factor does prove a point |

| You take what you want out of the Bible, you interpret the meanings of the stories and you decide what the lesson is. And you have to remember that the Bible was written over a thousand years ago where homosexuality was seen as sin by almost everyone in the world, not just Christians. We've come a long way since then. Also religions like Islam are much worse when it comes to human rights than Christianity. |
