| I cook the peppers and onions first because they take a long time to cook. I then take them out, so they don't burn and cook the chicken and then put the peppers and onions back in and season them. I was filming so it was hard to cook them but I usually don't hold a camera and cook. |

| They are small pieces, so not long maybe 10 minutes. I don't really time it, just when the pink is gone. I also put the lid on and let it cook on low, while I heat up the tortillas on the griddle. |

| I love them. Just watch your onions so they don't burn. I now cook the onions and peppers and then put them in a bowl and cook the chicken and then put the onions and peppers back in the pan and then season them. That way the onions don't burn. |
